Enhanced DBS Checks

All our healthcare professionals undergo enhanced DBS checks before they are deployed to work with vulnerable individuals. We ensure every staff member is suitable to work within care homes, supported living environments, and healthcare organisations.

We also carry out identity verification and ensure that all DBS documentation is valid and up to date before any placement is confirmed.

Mandatory Training & Qualifications

Every member of our staff completes mandatory healthcare training before working with clients. This includes safeguarding, moving and handling, infection prevention and control, medication awareness, and person-centred care training.
